Abstract | U radu su opisana kotlovska postrojenja, karakteristike nikla i njegovih legura koji se primjenjuju u izradi komponenti kotlova, te postupci zavarivanja i navarivanja kotlovskih cijevi. Opisani su tipični načini dizajniranja spojeva kod zavarivanja ovih legura, te moguće poteškoće pri zavarivanju. Također, u 5. točki diplomskog rada opisan je praktični primjer primjene ovih tehnologija za navarivanje kotlovskih cijevi koji se izvode u tvrtci ĐĐ TEP. Odrađen je i kratki eksperimentalni dio, koji uključuje mjerenje debljina navarenog spoja i kemijska analiza osnovnog materijala i navarenog sloja. |

Parallel abstract (English) | The paper describes the boiler plants, characteristics of nickel and its alloys used in the manufacture of boiler components, and the procedures for welding and cladding of boiler tubes. Typical ways of designing joints when welding these alloys and possible welding difficulties are also described. Also, in the 5th point of the diploma thesis, a practical example of the application of these technology for cladding of boiler pipes performed in ĐĐ TEP is described. A short experimental part was also performed, which involves measuring the thickness of the cladded layer and the chemical analysis of the base material and the cladded layer material. |
